JR Holding invested in Cypherdog!

JR HOLDING ASI S.A. – company listed on NewConnect stock exchange from 2021, that is focusing its investment strategy on companies working in: digital business, renewable energy source, computer games, medical biotechnology and modern media. According to long term strategy it’s looking to achieve 3 BLN PLN in investment portfolio before end of 2022., start new investment in international companies and invest between 200 to 500 MLN PLN in 2021-2022 including projects from Digital Business. JRH is also planning to be listed at main stock exchange (GPW).

According to recent agreement, signed on 27th of May 2021 JR Holding bought 30,07% of shares in polish company as well as rights to 30% shares in Cypherdog Security Inc. located in USA, which will be main entity for Cypherdog operations. Shares were purchased by acquisition of shares from one of the current shareholders and increase of registered capital by 3 MLN PLN in 9 months from signing agreement.

JR Holding was represented by January Ciszewski who is one of the richest Poles. He made his money as professional investor. In what he does thing he appreciates the most are ideas and human relations. His investment portfolio can be found HERE. We are thrilled that our company was recognized by JR Holding and was able to join their portfolio.

New Distributors

We are proud to announce the signing of a distribution agreement with the Israeli company Multipoint Group Ltd. which is regional distribution of cybersecurity and networking software & hardware products in Israel and a few countries in a region. Multipoint cooperates with more than 400 partners in those countries. Our agreement will start with Israel, UAE, Greece, Romania and Serbia.
