Due to Cypherdog’s global expansion plans and rapid growth, specialists from all over the world have joined our thriving team. Their tasks, among others, include reaching out to potential community members, customers, and partners who may be interested in Cypherdog’s mission focused on protecting transmitted and stored data and enabling them to use our solutions in the easiest way possible.
For this reason, we have welcomed new team members to our marketing department:
We are constantly working on improving our solutions and providing new ones that will serve as our response to growing problems in today’s digital world.
In May, our development team worked on the implementation of updates to the desktop application. These were small but numerous changes intended to improve the quality of user experience with this Cypherdog’s product.
In May, the work of our developers focused mostly on a new data protection solution which will soon be released.
Lobostech is our new partner from Colombia that specializes in cybersecurity solutions. The company provides the best cybersecurity products to organizations and individuals throughout Latin America. Lobostech has included the Cypherdog product in its offering, considering us as the safest alternative to emailing and exchanging files.
We conducted two contests last month. In one of them, we asked our community to come up with a slogan for Cypherdog. Out of numerous submissions, we selected two winning slogans:
The second contest was a test of our audience’s vigilance. We asked the recipients to select an event that Cypherdog was planning to participate in in the very near future.
Two lucky winners were awarded for correct answers. The event in question was Made in Poland, which will take place on June 8–9, in the German capital, Berlin.
In May, we conducted three AMA (Ask Me Anything) events on our Telegram and Discord channels. During this regular event, Sebastian Krakowski, CEO of Cypherdog, answers any questions related to cybersecurity, crypto and our project.
In May, a critical moment for us was the return to fairs and events organized outside the online zone. For two days, we were exhibiting at CYBERSEC EXPO / FORUM 2022. During the 16th edition of this international event, we had the opportunity to talk to attendees interested in cybersecurity as well as listen to panels and presentations by specialists from this sector. We conducted countless talks with potential distributors, current and potential partners. In addition, we presented our solution to representatives of companies, public administration units, and students for whom the topic of digital data protection has become extremely compelling.
During CYBERSEC EXPO/FORUM 2022, we conducted a short poll to show how individuals from the cybersecurity sector perceive data management in their organizations. You can read more about the poll here.
According to the conducted research, we can assume that Polish organizations most often use free and non-secure solutions for document exchange, such as Dropbox, GoogleDrive, WeTransfer, and even unencrypted emails. Data is also most often stored with these tools. In the eyes of the respondents, only a small part of Polish organizations that they know of secure them, for example, with BitLocker or VeraCrypt solutions. According to our respondents, it is essential that the services for data transfer and storage are based on asymmetric and zero-knowledge security models.
This is valuable feedback for us because, as a company involved in cybersecurity education, we can better understand how data protection is perceived in Polish enterprises. Our product offers the most important features that the respondents are looking for.
Last month, we published two articles that were prepared by Przemek Kucharzewski, a co-founder and VP of Sales at Cypherdog. These articles touched on two fundamental issues:
Is there an enemy behind software?
2. Changes aimed at increasing the sense of anonymity and security for whistleblowers.
Whistleblowers anonymously and safely
The specificity of our industry is based on experience, knowledge of solutions, and threats that must be constantly analyzed and excluded. Therefore, during the last four weeks, Cypherdog actively participated in the following conferences, events and webinars:
We encourage you to follow us and join our activities because a lot is happening in the cybersecurity space. This is due to the dynamic pace of our company’s development. We organize an AMA every Wednesday where you have an opportunity to ask questions pertaining to issues that interest you. Please save the date for an event on June 29th as Cypherdog’s CEO will participate in an AMA chat with the CryptoMiners community on Telegram. Earlier, on June 8 and 9, we are attending the Made in Poland event taking place in Berlin. The roadshow in the U.S. will start in mid-June. Last but not least, June is our final month of Presale 2 of the $CDOG token. Visit our website for more info.
